Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocuHub's services, including our website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service. You verify that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

DocuHub provides online document conversion, editing, and e-signature services. We offer: • PDF conversion (to/from various formats) • PDF editing and annotation • Document merging, splitting, and compression • E-signature capabilities • AI-powered document features

3.1 Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the files and content you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

3.2 License to Provide Service

By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely to provide the requested service. This license terminates when your files are deleted.

3.3 No Secondary Use

• We do not use Your Content for advertising or marketing • We do not train AI models on Your Content • We do not share Your Content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

3.4 File Deletion

Files are automatically deleted according to our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy). You can delete files immediately at any time.

4.1 You May Not:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use • Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content (viruses, malware) • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Use automated systems to mass-download or scrape content

4.2 Sensitive Personal Data

You should not upload documents containing sensitive personal information such as health records, financial account numbers, or government-issued ID numbers. If you upload such content, you do so at your own risk.

When you share a file via link: • A unique, non-guessable URL is generated • Anyone with the link can access the file until it expires • Links expire when the file is deleted • You are responsible for controlling who receives your share links

6.1 Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

6.2 Refunds

• EU Customers: You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. • All Customers: Contact support@docuhub.live within 30 days if unsatisfied for a possible refund. • No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

If you use our e-signature features: • You are responsible for ensuring e-signatures are valid in your jurisdiction • We do not guarantee legal validity in all jurisdictions • We disclaim liability for contracts not executed or delayed • Signed documents are retained for 5 years per legal requirements

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING: • Merchantability and Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • That files will not be lost or damaged

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Lost profits, revenue, or data

Liability Cap: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED: • For paid users: The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim • For free users: Twenty US dollars ($20)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocuHub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
